What happens next?
We will email you a confirmation of your order.
We will email you a proof for your review and approval.
Your placemats will be handcrafted to order then shipped UPS ground within 7 business days (10 days for large orders) .
We will email you tracking information on your delivery.

Images for Custom Orders
Please provide the highest quality image(s) you have available. If your images are too small or resolution is too low we will notify you. Ideal images are 300dpi or greater .jpg, .jpeg, .tif or .eps, 16" wide x 12" high with 1/8" bleed on all sides for trimming. Send only images you have the right to use to: loveit@pickeringco.com or use WeTransfer.com for large files.
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded once artwork has been approved.
